Although there was a lot of talk on monday about bitcoin pizza day, something that was not talked about was the ingredients. We went to search and here it goes the premium of the premium pizzas. 🍕 The three most expensive ingredients were: cheese for $19.4 million, pepperoni for $6.5 million and bacon for $3.5 million. That's quite a costly meal… 🥴

🔴 Shaquille O'Neal to the court.
Former LA Lakers star is used to shining on the court, but this time this one doesn't have a basket. 🏀 After months of tactical evasion, Shaq was finally served lawsuit papers for his part in promoting FTX, and he’s being sued for doing paid advertisements for the collapsed and allegedly fraud-riddled crypto exchange. 🧑⚖️
🟡 Bitcoin is now the second largest chain by NFT volume.
Who would have thought it? Thanks to Ordinals Protocol (a protocol that brought NFT’s to Bitcoin blockchain), the until then blockchain for digital gold only, entered the race with its younger siblings. Bitcoin surpassed Solana to become the second most popular NFT blockchain, and now second only to the almighty queen of jpegs, Ethereum. 👑
🟢 Ron DeSantis vows to ‘protect’ Bitcoin.
If you haven’t heard of him yet, you will. DeSantis, the current Governor of Florida, launched his presidential campaign in a Twitter Spaces event with Elon Musk and promised to protect Bitcoin if he becomes president. This is not coming from just anyone as DeSantis is Donald Trump's strongest opponent at the Republican Party and with a real chance of making it to the White House. 🏛️
🎬 Like the sea in the Pacific Ocean when the Portuguese navigator Fernão Magalhães found it on the first sea trip around the world, crypto space has been very calm. However, it was after this lull that the historic sailor lost his life on an island in the Philippines. Calm seas do not guarantee a peaceful voyage ahead. Let's hope the next trip is up and not down. ⛵
